Yellow tights anybody?

I have seen a bunch of fashion bloggers in yellow or mustard tights lately. I couldn't find any better example pictures, but just think of these tights with a denim skirt or dress. I tend to be pretty open to fashion trends, but I'm not warming up to the idea at all. It looks out of place for me more like the jaundice effect. What's your opinion? I'm very curious what others think about it. Would you give yellow tights a try?

Scarf Challenge: Day 2

Can you spot the color? :)

I know that not everything is black&white and there are grays in the world, but it was all black&white for me today except for a spot of red. Hard to see isn't it? I had matching coral earrings actually.

Scarf Challenge is starting easy with the cooler temperatures in SoCal. The outfit is my current tolerance for denim on denim. I had to sit down from 5am to 7pm and work on a research project proposal all day today. I felt really cozy and warm in the layers and cashmere scarf. I also had a white puffer vest that I forgot to photograph.

What's your go to outfit when you need to be comfortable? I love being wrapped up in scarfs or pashminas, and definitely wear a vest as it doesn't interfere with my typing.
