It is best to clean your make up brushes at least once a week to avoid bacteria development. While one can use a regular foaming makeup cleanser to wash dirty brushes, more effective results are achieved by readily available brush cleaning products. The most important point about brush cleaning is to dry brushes flat on a towel as opposed to putting them in an upright position. This will make sure the bristles of the brushes will stay intact. I lost couple of brushes to bristle falling issues before I noticed what I was doing wrong.

Personalized Macbook stickers - Love it or Leave it?

I've been seeing more and more of the personalized Macbook laptop. My guess is one either falls in love with it or doesn't like it at all. While I like some of the designs, I like my Macbook NOT decorated. I like the sleek simple design and understated color. It also looks more professional this way. What do you think?

My Style: 1 Floral Dress and 3 Jackets

I acquired this silk dress and paired it with my grey boots and gold/bronze Target jacket over the holidays. I paired it today with my Absolu jacket as it makes it more appropriate for daytime. Which jacket do you think is best fitting with the dress?

In addition, I accessorized it with a bronze snakeskin belt, brown tights, gold/silver scarf and pearl earrings&ring set. I turn the buckle of the belt sideways so it looks like it's a part of the dress.
